I would bring any device into Itech. I went in with a new apple device and told by an apple technician it needed a new screen. However, after locating a screen for me because no one had any it turns out it was the motherboard and it was repaired with 100% expertise. We thought we had lost everything on the phone but it was diagnosed carefully and repaired on the spot even meaning to work after hours! 10000% recommend!!

My PS5 HDMI port was faulty. After searching google iTECH DNA came up on the list with positive reviews. I messaged first thing Sunday morning and within a short space of time I had a reply. By 12oclock I dropped it off for Albert to take a look. He kept me informed with what the issue was and when it would be ready to be picked up . By 1700 it had been fixed and I collected it . Albert is a really knowledgeable and down to earth guy. He repaired a tiny USB connection on an intricate electronic racing unit that another shop almost wrecked (wish I'd known about iTech before this) and another one said it was beyond repair. Took the module home from his clean and modern shop on the same day, plugged it in, hey presto!!! A solid, lasting repair that saved me circa £1,200 buying a newer unit. My Apple iPad stopped charging and had completely shut down. Spoke to Apple and they wanted a ridiculous amount of money to fix the fault. I spoke with iTECH DNA and explained the problem. They was more than happy to have a look and have me a quote from the beginning. Within a short couple of days I had a message from iTECH to say it’s all fixed and working.
